Business Hours
I operate during normal business hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday - UK Time IMPORTANT: I understand that some people can not get time off work during these hours, or for international clients these are are not suitable times of day in your part of the world. For that reason I do work with people outside of these hours including at weekends on a case by case basis. So please do contact me, because I’m here to help you. RESPONSE TIME: To respect my family and personal time I only commit to getting back to you between 9am and 5pm. However, as a sole trader and someone that loves to help others I do check my email and social media messages outside of these hours, so you might get a reply, but please respect my personal time and don’t expect a quick reply if you contact me at 10pm, for example. Do also, keep in mind that during business hours I may be helping someone transform their life but I will check my email regularly when I’m not with clients so will get back to you as quick as I can.

Based in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. I work from home in a quiet and confidential location near Lough Neigh, not far from Glenavy and Crumlin, central to Belfast,Lisburn and Antrim. You have the option to either work with me at here or I can come to your home as I cover all of Northern Ireland and I’m happy to travel should you have issues with transport of mobility. Note: additional travel charges may apply.
