When you go to the garage to get your car fixed you don’t care if the mechanic uses a jack or a car lift, you don’t care if they use a screwdriver or wrench/spanner, you just want to know they are competent to do the work and have the tools required.However, if you’re interested here is a list of many of the tools I have been trained in and gained extensive experience through their successful use: hypnosis, NLP, Time-Line Therapy, Metaphors of Movement, Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), Provocative Change Works, DNA Recovery Hypnosis, Hypnodontics, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and many other processes and hypnotic techniques. The tool(s) or technique(s) used to help you change will be based on our discussions during the session. That is, hypnosis is not just one ‘thing’, I will use my skills, expertise and experience working with 1000’s of clients to ensure you get the best.

While there are some guidelines, you can bring along a friend or partner to be with you during the work. If I am working with children then I ask that a parent or guardian be in the room. I’m ready for change - what do I do?Go to my contact page and let me know what it is you are ready to change.I will send you an intake form tailored to your request. I will then meet with you and start the process to make the change.Note: hypnosis is not a substitute for medical treatment. Please ensure you have consulted your doctor if you feel there may be an underlying physical issue. I may request a doctors referral to ensure that there are no underlying medical issues relating to your issue.
